Apparently there will be a video mail part to the process:

If you are in Northdakota, this is for you!
A bill that would double the amount of money spent on Operation Intern and also provide $1 million to the Department of Commerce for marketing North Dakota higher education opportunities to out-of-state students was heard by the House Education Committee Wednesday.
