wow. that is a very tough race to finish. first, looking for a slot. then, securing full-time job offer. and when you manage to secure a full-time slot, you still have a long way to go because you still need to stand out in order for you to maintain the position you won…. tough race, indeed.
The internship is really like a 10 week interview for a full time job. It’s relationship building. It’s also hard for people *not* to want to have you around if they really like you.
